Payment methods

  On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment details.

  The following payment methods are currently available to you when paying for your stay at Sanann Villa:

•   You can wire or mail payment directly to our bank account in Florida
•   You can pay using any major credit or debit card with PayPal

  Payment options  

  The following payment options are currently available to you when paying for your villa rental:

• 30% deposit payable now, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival
• The full balance payable now*

* Where this payment option is selected and the booking is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, the Paypal surcharge (outlined below) will be reduced to 2%.

Terms and conditions

• On-line bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (or full payment, where applicable).
• On receipt of the deposit we will confirm your booking.
• The final balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
• Payments made through PayPal are subject to a 3% surcharge.
• Pool and spa heating (recommended October - March) is an optional extra with a cost of $35 per day.
